Return & Refund Policy

Our policy is very simple and strict: We do not offer any cash refunds or returns based on change of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

We only offer "Exchanges" under the specific conditions mentioned below:

1. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at traderhayat324@gmail.com. You will be required to provide unboxing video or photo proof of the damaged/wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and send you a replacement.

2. Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original undamaged packaging. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse address:
Address: Rawalpindi, Dhoke Ratta, Babu Lal Hussain Road.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances, including items on sale, gift cards, and personal care goods (such as used hair trimmers or shavers due to hygiene reasons).
